JNR is allergic to everything (shh, don’t tell him I told you!) so I decided to whip up his favorite dish to kick off this beautiful Mother’s Day meal.
• Use this recipe as a base (Homemade Dressing)
• Replace the mayo with Vegan Mayo (purchased at Whole Foods)
• Add fresh horseradish (yum)
• Toss croutons in paprika, garlic & rosemary and place under the broiler for 3 minutes (I used a baguette and year pieces with my fingers for a rustic look, but feel free to use a simple slice of bread and cut into cubes)
