I had some extra fruits frozen from last season and craved a fruity snack, so I decided to pull out one of my 3 blenders (don’t ask) and throw in a few items for a delicious snack.
I topped this off with some almond flour & mint from my herb garden! This is great with homemade granola if you wish to enjoy this treat for breakfast :).
- Use this recipe from WholeLiving.com as a base
- I usually add 1 cup of Pineapple juice and 1 frozen banana
- Add 1/2 cup of homemade rice milk for a different twist!
- Add 1-2 Tablespoons of Chia seeds
- Add protein if you wish!
